Shipping Terms
- We use FedEx Ground shipping. Charges are calculated per address. Please call for information about shipping with UPS or US Postal Service.
- No PO boxes allowed. A $10 fee is charged for all incorrect shipping information.
- We ship to locations within the United States (all 50 states).
- Sweet Nell’s LLC shall not be held liable by reason of any failure or delay in performance of it’s obligations on account of strikes, fires, flood, snow storms, severe weather or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of Sweet Nell’s. Not responsible for packages lost after delivery.
Summer Shipping
To protect against heat damage, all orders will require an additional $3 charge for cold packs from April 15-Oct. 31. These cold packs last for 24 hours, therefore, orders must arrive to their destination in one day using FedEx Ground shipping (TX and OK) or FedEx Standard Overnight. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays so it’s our policy to ship orders Monday – Thursday to ensure the freshest, highest-quality candy upon arrival.
Orders
Orders take approximately 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped out.

Sales Tax Information
We are required by law to collect taxes on shipping charges for orders delivered within the state of Texas.
